Assistant Industrial Door Engineer - Hull Area

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an

Assistant / Trainee Industrial Door Engineer

to join our growing team. This role is based in the Hull area and involves supporting a fully qualified engineer with the

installation, servicing, call-outs, and repairs

of industrial doors. Travel further afield will be required to support business needs with fully expensed nighst away from home.

Responsibilities:

Assisting and learning from a Lead Engineer on the installation, servicing, and repair of all types of industrial doors. Supporting site work including call-outs and emergency repairs. Gaining hands-on experience while working towards becoming a fully qualified Industrial Door Engineer.
The Candidate:

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. A strong and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing. Organised, adaptable, and able to manage changing workloads. Physically capable of manual handling, lifting, and carrying out practical tasks. MUST hold a

full UK driving licence

. Ideally has some mechanical/electrical or maintenance experience (industrial door experience desirable but not essential).

Pay: 11.00-13.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
