Support the Venue Manager in delivering smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, team coordination, and compliance with procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Oversee daily checks, guest flow, compliance tasks, and assist with service improvements.
Sales & Reporting:
Monitor daily sales, track performance trends, and support labour forecasting.
Team Management:
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
Leadership:
Lead briefings, monitor team morale, and act as Venue Manager when required.
Facilities & Inventory:
Log maintenance issues, manage stock levels, and liaise with suppliers.
Finance & Admin:
Support invoice/receipt tracking and administrative tasks.
Marketing:
Help coordinate content for social media and gather local insights.
