Job Title: Assistant Visual Designer

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM4,000

Location: House of Ariani KL

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Visual Designer to support our monthly concept photoshoots. You will be responsible for set building, shooting setup, props design, and ensuring all creative concepts are executed smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Plan and develop monthly concept shooting themes.

Create set layouts, props design, and visual mock-ups.

Build and set up shooting environments according to the creative brief.

Prepare, organize, and manage all props and materials.

Work closely with the creative/marketing team during photoshoots.

Ensure all setups are safe, functional, and visually aligned with brand direction.

Perform administration tasks such as documentation, inventory tracking for props/materials, quotation support, and coordination of shoot-related logistics.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD or any 3D design applications (e.g. SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max).

Strong creativity with an eye for design, color, and spatial arrangement.

Ability to visualize concepts and translate ideas into actual physical setups.

Good teamwork and willingness to be hands-on with build & setup work.
