Join the NutriCraft Team as a Part-Time Assistant Warehouse Manager!
We're NutriCraft - a small but growing e-commerce business based in BS5, Bristol, specialising in organic wholefoods and superfoods. We're on the lookout for a hard-working, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to support our day-to-day warehouse operations.
About the Role
Position: Assistant Warehouse Manager (Part-Time)
Hours: 3 days a week, 9am-5pm (Monday required; other days flexible)
Pay: 17,700 per year
Holiday: 18 days paid annual leave
Location: Easton, BS5, Bristol
As our business grows, there may be opportunities to increase your hours to 4 or 5 days per week (with additional pay), or to remain part-time if that suits you better.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be working closely with the company owner and one other team member in a varied and hands-on role that includes:
Picking and packing customer orders
Stock organisation and inventory checks
Assisting with small-scale product production
Providing customer service via email and phone
Some tasks are physical - stock often arrives in 20-25kg sacks - so a good level of physical fitness is helpful.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
While not all essential, the following experience will help you thrive in this role:
Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment
Background in e-commerce
Confident using a Windows PC
Forklift licence (a plus, not a must
Customer service experience (email and phone)
