Job Title Assistant House Manager

Job Location: Fernleigh, Oxford Extra care scheme



Salary - 15,675 per annum 29,000 FTE



Contract type - Permanent




Working hours - Part time 20 hours per week



Closing Date - 28th June



Interview Date - 4th July



About the role



To provide an excellent service to all GreenSquareAccord customers. To ensure the delivery of high quality holistic housing services across GreenSquareAccord extra care accommodation. To work with housing, maintenance and other GreenSquareAccord staff, as well as external care providers to help residents achieve an independent and positive life and to enhance the environment and communities within schemes. To assist in the overall management of the services within GreenSquareAccord extra care housing.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.



About you



Essential



Good it skills and desirable to have worked with housing management IT systems Ability to communicate and work with internal and external customers, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. Worked in housing or supported housing Experience of working in stressful environments and diffusing, mediating and calming situations and emotional, difficult or distressed people Good working knowledge and experience of using of Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint High level of IT - housing management information Systems Ability to communicate and work with internal and external customers, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. Worked in housing or supported housing Experience of working in stressful environments and diffusing, mediating and calming situations and emotional, difficult or distressed people
Desirable


Health and safety management systems Housing qualification and or experience in housing or supported housing

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
