SUMMARY

This role has been created to provide planning, project management, communication and relationship management support to Oncology portfolio expansion and new product launches. The role will report directly to Head of International Oncology Market Access, supporting the operations of international oncology market access team, helping to set the overall strategy for how the team needs to evolve in response to a rapidly changing payer and policy environment. The role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence by managing a portfolio of key initiatives in close collaboration with HQ-based and in-country market access and cross-functional leaders.

JOB DUTIES:

Lead market access operations and activities to deliver Regeneron product value in international scope

Support strategic and operational analysis as well as takes a lead role in driving large projects within the business, allowing for deep insight and access to the organizational strategy and direction, as well as driving international market access team effectiveness

Develop and implement operation processes and define appropriate resource allocation for all market access functions to ensure general support needed is executed at a high level

Establish, maintain, manage, and expand relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve market access and commercial goals, including market entry, product lifecycle management, KOL development, and performance metric development and tracking

Drive international market access team communication and partnerships in core meetings by devising agenda, sending out pre-reads, facilitating meeting and capturing and follow through on action items

Support organization, facilitation and follow up to key events and projects, including POAs, market access quarterly calls, international market access tracking and projections, and current/ad-hoc market research

Drive collaboration with counterparts in international commercial, HEOR, medical affairs and global marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to access planning and execution

Analyze existing market access strategy and derive recommendations

Support international oncology market access strategy & implementation by contributing to build of strategic guidelines with global team, improving efficiency in processes, building synergies, and accelerating decision making

Track key deliverables for international market access team and follows up with responsible individuals

Develop project plans and make suggestions regarding timelines and resources when appropriate

Coordinate launch readiness planning

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

8-10+ years of progressive experience in Market Access and/or Commercial Operation roles in the Pharma sector in multi-disciplinary, matrix context

Bachelor\'s Degree, MBA is a plus

Expert understanding of and experience with international pharma legal and regulatory environment, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues

Excellent project management skills in cross-functional environment with the ability to organize and complete multiple projects efficiently and on time

Lead cross-functional team activities

Identifies solutions that support operational efficiencies and effectiveness of Market Access

Communicates project initiative status to leadership team, removing roadblocks when possible

Supports and leads innovation projects related to a variety of corporate initiatives and supportive of patient journey

Supports and builds cross-functional relationships with key functional partners across the organization and alliance

Great interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence

Experience structuring and managing to timelines and project flows

Handles and maintains highly confidential and sensitive information

Must be willing to travel 25-30% (including weekend travel as needed)

Preferred:

Familiarity with international oncology pharma commercial landscape, payer, and regulatory dynamics

Consulting or program management skillset
