The Associate Account Manager role focuses on supporting the MA Insurance Solutions sales team to deliver client business development and commercial goals. Key responsibilities include assisting throughout the sales cycle, enhancing client engagement, and optimising renewal processes while mitigating attrition. The role requires effective collaboration with sales colleagues, wider MA peers and external stakeholders.
Individual targets focus on client retention and more broadly partnering with the sales team to exceed team and business unit goals.
