Associate - Agriculture & Estates - Northampton with hybrid working
Client
An award winning Top UK law firm, who provide a full range of legal services to organisations, business leaders and individuals
Role
Advising clients on rural real estate transactions, estate management, tenancies and other matters, working closely with the Private Client team as appropriate
Drafting and negotiating agreements and documentation
Managing a caseload and supervising junior team members with support from the senior team
Actively participating in business development activities
You
3-6 years PQE in property / real estate law - mixed experience welcomed, rural property experience an advantage
Ambitious and driven with excellent attention to detail
Strong commercial acumen
