Associate Architect (Commercial & Residential)

\xc2\xa352,000 - \xc2\xa365,000 per annum + Hybrid working, Excellent pension, Bonus (Permanent)

If you are an established Senior or Associate level Architect that would relish the challenge of taking on a Regional Associate Architect or Associate Director Architect position to further develop an expansive Commercial and Residential-sector portfolio. One of the worlds most respected and commercially ambitious Consultancies have a senior level appointment based in their Manchester office available.

Required is an Associate or Associate Director Architect to join this large company in their Manchester studio. The ideal candidate would need a very thorough understanding of the Commercial & Residential market and the ability to develop and expand this companies portfolio through continued high-quality design work.

Associate Architect / Associate Director Architect responsibilities include:

To lead, manage and inspire a team by demonstrating the highest design standards and skills

Developing and sustaining relationships with existing and new clients within the Commercial & Residential sectors.

To ensure design responses are of the highest standard and exceed the client expectations

To design and deliver projects that are imbued with a strong narrative and that enhance their reputation.

Provide design and technical leadership for major projects

Reporting on activity and analysis of feedback and success factors

Development of the design culture and capability of our multi-disciplinary design team(s)

Requirements

Requirements of the Associate Architect / Associate Director Architect will include:

Qualified Architect / Senior Architect with 8+ years post qualification experience.

Thorough understanding of what good design looks like, current regulations and standards in the UK.

A high level of design experience, demonstrated through a portfolio of projects.

An excellent designer, communicator with exceptional presentation skills.

Experience of leading a small team and reviewing the work of others.

Capable of working and completing tasks independently as well as demonstrating strong teamwork skills.

Able to present information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup.

Salary & package (depending on experience)

\xc2\xa352,000 - \xc2\xa365,000 + Car / car allowance \xc2\xa35500, private medical, 25 days holiday, lucrative performance bonus, 10% employer matched pension.

Our client currently operate a hybrid working policy, typically most people work 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
