An exceptional Associate level Architect is required to join the Leeds studio of our esteemed regional top AJ100 Architectural Practice and become an integral part of their very successful Hospitality & Leisure team.

In this pivotal role, the Associate Architect will wield significant influence, contributing to the success of their complex large scale projects.

Their ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for delivering high-quality and sustainable designs, backed by a track record of successful implementations. You will be a proficient communicator, skilled in engaging clients effectively and fostering strong professional relationships.

Design experience of the Associate Architect

Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in the design and successful delivery of large, complex construction projects within a Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment.

Demonstrate high-quality design skills, supported by a deep technical understanding, showcasing innovation and a passion for advancing the team\xe2\x80\x99s skills, knowledge, and expertise.

Proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional design outcomes and technical outputs in accordance with industry best practices.

Very good Revit skills, and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM Level 2.

Creative Collaboration

Display a mentorship-oriented approach, providing guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and professional development.

Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, capable of presenting ideas and principles in a relaxed and confident manner.

Exhibit a supportive and collaborative attitude when engaging with clients and consultants, encouraging open communication and shared insights.

Show enthusiasm for contributing to the team\xe2\x80\x99s growth within the business and actively shaping the team\xe2\x80\x99s development and achievements in the sector.

Salary \xe2\x80\x93 up to \xc2\xa360,000 depending on suitability and experience
