five new Associates

across the regions--an incredible opportunity to be part of a high-impact team that's scaling rapidly and shaping the future of asset finance within the Group.


The Role:



We have an opportunity to join our team as one of our

Associates

, supporting the delivery of Asset Finance solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in financial services and a passion for business development, who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.


You'll work closely with senior colleagues to identify and progress new business opportunities, support client engagement and help deliver tailored Asset Finance solutions. This is a fantastic step into a specialist sales role within a growing and strategically important area of the Group.


What Would You Be Doing?



Both Proactive and Reactive Telephony and written contact with customers. Agree and deliver Asset Finance solutions and generate new opportunities by managing relationships with customers (small and medium sized companies) Support Field Based colleagues in the execution of their transactions and multi hirers Proactively seek and drive new income streams via self-origination Assesses financial accounts in preparation of a manual submission into our underwriting team Track the overall progress of deals, and pursue your own pipeline of opportunities, from the leads provided, through to the delivery of a successful client needs met.

What You'll Need:



A consistent track record within a proactive sales environment, in financial services or a similar client facing setting Telephony experience with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with customers over the phone Excellent relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills to agree the best financial solution for the customer A genuine passion for helping our clients and supporting their business growth through tailored financial solutions Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow a structured sales and compliance process A clear understanding of regulatory and compliance standards, with a focus on delivering fair and well-evidenced customer outcomes tailored to business needs
