The Role

Madison Berkeley is excited to be working with a rapidly growing asset manager based in London. The role is to manage a newly on boarded residential fund.



This is a hands-on role helping to manage a granular portfolio with a high number of residential units, working closely with housing associations, charities, and key stakeholders. The role will include strategic asset management such as rent reviews, CAPEX expenditure and managing third party agents.



Ideal candidates 3+ years of UK real estate experience, with a strong background in the residential space. This could be a great opportunity for someone working in a consultancy that wants to move client side.



Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Monitor and report on tenant KPIs on a quarterly basis Support the Senior Asset Manager in developing and executing asset management strategies Manage and maintain the asset management tracking and reporting systems Oversee the process of obtaining vacant possession from privately occupied properties Gather and analyze tenant oversight data for reporting purposes Coordinate and implement a rolling programme of property inspections Maintain and manage the fund's tenancy schedule Contribute to the development of property rectification business plans Assist in categorizing properties based on Atrato's triage system Collaborate with external property managers and contractors to deliver rectification plans
