THE OPPORTUNITY



This position works out of our Maidenhead location in the Abbott Diabetes Division. We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.


As the Associate Brand Manager you will You will develop marketing strategies, including brand development and work on implementing these strategies through campaigns to achieve financial and in market business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:



You will define and develop marketing strategies to maximise brand growth Develop, and implement brand plans that deliver on marketing strategies You will work closely with marketing teams including digital and trade marketing, cross functional teams including regulatory, finance, medical, supply and commercial excellence; regional and category marketing teams; and external partners Manage innovation projects using insights as well as develop business cases, product development involvement, planning, customer engagement, implementation/ launch, reporting and post launch evaluation. Forecast demand to a high level of accuracy Budgetary responsibility Report brand performance including internal financials and market performance, using the data to adapt strategies, plans, investment opportunities Responsible for brand content development and lead internal approval process

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING



REQUIRED



Educated to degree level in business and/or marketing management

Experience

Brand management or related experience and a proven track record of success. Strong influencing and project management skills Industry experience preferred Solve organization problems Experience of working with MS Office
