Associate Brand Manager - Flu & Covid

You will be responsible for managing projects and marketing activities within the Flu and Covid team in UK, Ireland. Whilst developing your digital marketing skills, you will have the chance to further develop the existing brand and future launch strategic activities for our current vaccines and the upcoming vaccines in our pipeline.

Main responsibilities:

You will support the development, tracking and executing the marketing elements of the brand plan. This will require close collaboration and alignment with other departments and functions both in the UK/Ireland Planning, preparation and implementation of yearly planning and tactics working closely with Brand managers, Sales, and the cross-functional team. Developing/adapting/localising innovative marketing materials, programmes, strategies and other practical tools by incorporating insights and feedback from customers, field force, and cross-functional teams. Maximising the impact of the critical customer touchpoints - through a multi-channel approach Timely executing the brand plan, lead or support critical projects seeking support when necessary Timely use of budgets and supporting volume analysis and future forecast and budgetary planning where required.

About you:
----------------

University degree level (Scientific / Business, combination is ideal) or equivalent work experience. Limited sales or marketing experience with ability to show proven success in: Experience of having worked in vaccines/specialist arena - highly desirable. Knowledge of JCVI, DHSC, NHSE, UKHSA orgs and interactions. Sales experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical Market access/HTA- awareness desirable. ABPI Code of Practice knowledge &/or understanding (ideally Level 3).
