Associate Brand Manager

to join our team in Hertfordshire.

This is an incredible opportunity to help shape the branding and marketing for three leading espresso equipment brands: Conti Espresso Machines, Compak Grinders, and Cinoart Coffee Tools. What You'll Do:

As our Associate Brand Manager, you'll be actively managing the marketing efforts for Conti, Compak, and Cinoart. Your responsibilities will include:

Liaising and collaborating with Directors to develop specific marketing strategies for all brands. Executing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events). Ensuring brand identity and consistency across all marketing materials for each brand. Creating engaging content, including website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Engaging in market research and competitor analysis with Directors to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions. Collaborating with sales and product teams to support new product launches and promotional activities. Assisting with the organisation and execution of trade shows and industry events. Helping to maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers as needed. Providing support to various business operations when required.

Who You Are:

A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for marketing and branding. A creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to brand consistency. A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. A passion or willingness to learn photography and videography would be welcome but not essential. A love for coffee is a bonus!

Pay: 33,000.00 per year
