Create high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), FRD/FSD and other essential project documentation.
Actively participate in project testing phases, identifying and clearly documenting defects and assisting in their resolution.
Support project activities, including tracking milestones, preparing status updates, and facilitating team communication.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Compliance.
Gain a strong understanding of banking products, card/payment solutions, and associated regulatory frameworks.
Proactively contribute ideas and feedback to support continuous improvement in products and processes.

Requirements Qualifications The successful candidate will likely possess the following (or equivalent qualifiers): o Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance/Accounting/Engineering. EDUCATION & TRAINING o Business analysis certification (preferred but not essential). xc2xb7 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS o 1-2 years' experience as a business analyst-testing or banking product analyst role. ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ACTIONS/RESULTS o Strong ability to thrive in a collaborative, very fast-paced environment.
