The ideal candidate brings strong skills in community management, communication, and customer relationship building.

Alongside these core activities, there will be opportunities to be involved in and learn about many of the broader facets of enterprise communities. For example, capturing data, maintaining an advocate program, coordinating activities cross-functionally, attending online and in-person events, creating content, and much more. In this role, you will be reporting into the Community team leader and be a part of the broader Digital Customer Success team, inclusive of Education, Community, and Digital Customer Success. You will be exposed to self-service and digital-led strategy with an opportunity to develop a community management career.

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, and the scope of the role may evolve with the needs of the team and business.

What We're Looking For:

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure content quality and adherence to guidelines. Process-oriented: Aptitude for working in a consistent and process-oriented way.
