Associate Dentist - Private Role | Essex / East London

Maternity cover leading to long-term role replacing the Principal Dentist's list

2 days/week | Private-only list | Mentoring support available | Long-term role potential

We're looking for a

conscientious, driven and caring dentist

to join our well-established, fully private practice in Brentwood (Coptfold Dental) for

2 days per week

, for immediate start.

This role offers a unique opportunity to:

Initially cover maternity leave for an existing associate and care for an established private patient list

Deliver high-quality dentistry in a supportive, forward-thinking environment

Grow into a long-term role with clinical autonomy and mentoring if desired

About the Practice:

Fully private with

Denplan Care and fee-per-item

High patient loyalty and consistent new patient flow Modern, well-equipped surgeries with

digital X-rays

,

intraoral scanners (Medit i700w)

and

iSmile software

Treatments include general dentistry, clear aligners, advanced restorative and implant dentistry A calm, quality-focused clinical environment supported by an experienced team

We're looking for someone who:

Has

3+ years post-qualification experience

Comfortable with

general/restorative dentistry

and

diagnostics

Has a solid understanding of

occlusion principles

(specific mentoring available if you're developing in this area) Is

patient-focused, ethical and great at communication

Facial aesthetics experience a bonus (not essential - we'll support you if you want to develop this skill) Someone who takes pride in their work and strives for clinical excellence
