We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and will be proficient in a variety of dental procedures. Duties

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Carry out restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care. Utilise medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventative care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Stay updated with advancements in dentistry, including new technologies such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for improved treatment outcomes. Use of Spark Aligners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution. Valid dental licence to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical imaging techniques related to dentistry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike. A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: 90,000.00-150,000.00 per year
