We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our reputable independent Mixed NHS and Private dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care, performing examinations, diagnosing dental conditions, and developing treatment plans. Working alongside a Principal who is a BACD, ADI, FGDP, Digital Dentistry Society member, is an active postgraduate trainer with associates with MSc and diploma training

We are a referral practice for advanced restorative, aesthetics, endodontic, implantology and orthodontic treatments offering full digital dentistry for restorative and orthodontic treatments.

You'll have flexibility over working days and commitment to suit with an ever growing NHS & private list. This can be either a full or part time opportunity working within surgery hours Monday to Friday. Our practice has the latest private dentistry equipment and support team that you'd expect - SOE, digital radiographs, Rotary Endodontics, New digital Prime scan unit, Cerec milling machine, Ivoclar furnace for in house restoration manufacture and a brand new in house OPG/CBCT Scanner.

Further more we are a BDA good practice Gold member and CQC recognised 'notable practice' for work developing new care pathways with mentoring support and teaching available on site.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients' oral health. Diagnose dental conditions using clinical evaluation and medical imaging techniques. Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and root canals. Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing dental restorations where applicable. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques into practice.

Experience



Proven experience as a Dentist, with a valid professional registration and practising licence. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental procedures and patient management. Proficiency in using CAD systems for restorative work is desirable but not essential; training can be provided. Experience with medical imaging techniques such as X-rays or digital scans is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients and team members. Pay: 48,992.52-161,069.59 per year

Expected hours: 17 - 34 per week
