Associate Position Details:
Full-time and part time (days negotiable including evenings only position)
UDA Quota: Negotiable
UDA Rate: 14 Negotiable
Private Rate: 50%
Laboratory Fee Rate: 50%
Established lists to take over from
Digital Radiography at all sites, new Denstply Sirona Chairs
Computerised with Dentally

2-Year commitment signing on bonus scheme to include one of:
1. Sign on bonus of 5000

6. Fixed private rate of 55% of total gross income
