Associate Dentist - Private Only

We are looking for a confident and motivated

Private Associate Dentist

to join our established and forward-thinking practice in

Airdrie, North Lanarkshire

. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated dental professional who is looking to start their private dental journey and convert a large NHS list to private with the support of the practice team and Denplan.

The Opportunity

Private-only role

Up to 5 days per week

High demand for private treatments Excellent earning potential based on performance Full-time surgery availability Monday-Friday

This role is suitable for clinicians who can work

independently

. Overseas applicants are welcome

only if no mentoring or supervision is required

.

Modern, spacious surgeries R4 clinical software Experienced and supportive Practice Manager Friendly, stable nursing and support team Mixed practice environment with a strong private ethos Referrals currently sent out for: Orthodontics, Sedation, Oral Surgery and Complex implant cases

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality private dental care Build strong patient relationships and grow private uptake Provide excellent patient experiences with a personalised approach Maintain accurate clinical records Work collaboratively with the wider practice team Adhere to all clinical governance and health & safety regulations

About You

BDS or equivalent qualification Current

GDC registration

and valid UK licence to practise Experience in

private dentistry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and clinically confident Comfortable working in a fast-paced private environment
