Associate Dentist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self employed Private Associate Dentist to take over an existing Private Patient List, busy, modern practice in North Baddesley, Southampton. We are a 3-surgery private practice established over 30 years with loyal patient base, offering a significant opportunity for growth of the private and plan patient base.

We have a positive culture that creates a wonderful place to work. We continue to invest in our team and develop staff to support you inside surgery with our experienced Dental Nurses and outside surgery with well established Front of House Team to provide an outstanding patient journey.

Our state of the art and cutting-edge technology and equipment along with mentorship of the Practice Owner you would be able to deliver 21st Century Dentistry through;

a bright, digital working environment with Dentally software system and Digital X-rays, intraoral camera and CEREC/Primescan, Primemill, Speed Furnace, EMS OPG & CbCT Scanner Onsite Principal Dentist Protected Learning Time a well-honed support team of dentists, hygienists, implantologist, nurses, and receptionists established services from routine to Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral surgery, Invisalign, Suresmile, Short-term Orthodontics, Hygiene and Dental Implants
You would have a passion for delivering excellent clinical treatments and patient experience. You would be enthusiastic, pro-active, team player and hard working. An interest in Invisalign, Endo or Implants would also be welcomed, but is not essential.

Days Required For:

Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm

Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Alternate Saturdays 9:00am -3:30pm

Pay: 56,039.54-175,052.65 per year

Expected hours: No less than 17.5 per week
