Your Role

Provide outstanding, consistent care across all areas of general dentistry. Carry out cosmetic treatments such as Invisalign, composite bonding, and smile makeovers. Use your communication and consultation skills to educate and motivate patients to start treatment confidently. Build your personal reputation within the practice, supported by in-house marketing and growth opportunities. Maintain a commercially aware mindset, understanding how excellent care drives trust and business success. Contribute positively to a supportive, upbeat, and team-oriented workplace. (Optional) Manage more complex endodontic or periodontal cases if this falls within your skill set.

What We're Looking For

Fully qualified dentist with active GDC registration. Minimum of 3 years' experience in private practice. Strong clinical base in general dentistry with genuine enthusiasm for cosmetic procedures. Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach. Confidence in treatment presentation and case acceptance. Commercially astute, motivated to build patient loyalty and enhance your professional profile. A positive team player who brings enthusiasm and drive to the role.

Working Pattern

Initially 2 days per week (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday). Potential to increase sessions as your patient base grows.
