We're looking for a curious and motivated Associate Developer to join our Digital Portfolio team at Trafford Council.
This is a career-graded role, so whether you're just starting out or growing your skills, there's a path here for you.
You'll help design and deliver digital tools that improve services for residents and staff.
You'll get hands-on experience with technologies like Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint and Power Platform while working in a collaborative, user-focused environment.
About you

You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new tech, and working with others to build simple, effective digital services.
You don't need to know everythingbut you should be eager to grow, take ownership of your work, and contribute to a team culture that's inclusive, respectful, and open.
You'll bring some experience of software development and a portfolio that shows your learning or hands-on project work, plus a positive approach to user needs and service improvement.
You will ideally have a background in Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint or Power Platform development.
