As our newest team member, you'll be stepping into a role where your commercial instincts are just as valuable as your technical skills.

You'll join a Banbury-based team where commercial judgement matters as much as engineering. We map outcomes, prototype fast on Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform, ship in small increments, instrument everything, and scale what works. Your job is to turn messy processes into dependable systems--apps, automations, and data flows--grounded in client goals, measurable ROI, and reusable components.

Your Journey with Us

Month 1 & 2: Foundation Building

You'll immerse yourself in our consultative approach, shadowing senior team members on client discovery sessions and learning how we decode business intelligence from existing processes. You'll begin working with Microsoft Power Platform tools and understanding how our four-step methodology transforms businesses.

Month 3-6: Active Contribution

Start taking ownership of specific project components, working directly with clients to understand their needs and contributing to solution design. You'll be building real applications that solve genuine business problems.

Month 6-12: Growing Independence

Lead smaller projects independently while contributing significantly to larger initiatives. Your commercial experience will become invaluable as you help clients see the potential in their existing processes.

Year 2 and Beyond

With our rapid growth trajectory, there are genuine opportunities for career advancement.

What We're Looking For

The Essential You

- Commercial Experience: You've worked in a business environment and understand how organizations really operate - the spreadsheets, the workarounds, the "that's just how we do it" processes

- Technical Aptitude: You're naturally curious about technology and how it can solve problems. Programming experience is valuable, but we're more interested in your ability to think logically and learn quickly

- Genuine Care: This isn't just a job for you - you're excited about helping businesses succeed and you'll immerse yourself in our team ethos of putting clients first

- Communication Skills: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical people and, equally importantly, understand business needs from stakeholders who might not know exactly what they want

The Ideal Background

- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications: Even if you've never worked as a programmer professionally, certifications in Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI show us you're serious about this technology stack

Location Requirements
