Role

Summary:




We are looking for a collaborative and user-focused Associate Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic Digital team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, you will support the development and optimisation of British Cycling's digital platforms and services. This role is perfect for someone early in their product career who is eager to grow, work across multidisciplinary teams, and deliver great user experiences for cyclists of all levels.


Key

Responsibilities:




Support the Head of Digital Product in delivering the digital product roadmap aligned with British Cycling's strategic goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and data to define requirements and ensure smooth delivery. Help prioritise and manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product improvements. Support testing, QA, and the rollout of new features across our web and mobile platforms. Monitor performance analytics and contribute to iterative improvements based on data insights. Champion the voice of the user and ensure digital experiences are inclusive and accessible. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to fostering a strong product culture.

Requirements:




1-2 years of experience in a digital product, tech, or related role (or strong internship/apprenticeship experience). Strong interest in digital product management and an understanding of Agile methodologies. Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical and detail-oriented with a user-first mindset. Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent. Passion for sport, cycling, or digital innovation is a bonus.
