Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects (highways, drainage, SUDS) Oversee production of Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, and Transport Statements Prepare and review Section 104, 106, 185, 38, 278 and 184 submissions Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians.

Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, budget control, and project milestones Collaborate with architects, developers, planners, and external stakeholders.

Support directors in business development and work-winning activities Contribute to sustainability goals, low-carbon design, and innovation in civil infrastructure

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

BEng/BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering (minimum 2:1) Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or equivalent) 10+ years post-qualification experience in civil engineering consultancy Strong background in UK drainage and highway design (both adoptable and private schemes) Excellent knowledge of design software (e.g., MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, PDS, etc.) Effective leadership, team development, and project management skills Proficiency in technical report writing and regulatory applications Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
