The PAH/Rare Disease Business Unit is recruiting an Associate Director of Consumer Marketing to support the anticipated 2024 launch and commercialization of pipeline product for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in the United States. The Consumer Marketing Associate Director will report directly to the US Consumer Marketing lead for PAH. This role will lead the strategy, design, and execution of an omnichannel patient retention program for the pipeline product. Ideally, the candidate will have knowledge of the US market, experience in direct-to-consumer marketing strategies, experience in patient retention/adherence programs, understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirements, and experience in specialty or rare disease therapy commercialization and patient needs.

Location:- This position is location agnostic. For remote employees, up to 25% travel to our HQ office in North Wales, PA

Primary Job Tasks:

Design and execute an omnichannel patient retention program that addresses anticipated PAH patient needs, leveraging PAH patient insights and best practices in specialty/rare disease patient support

Partner with Digital, Data & Analytics team to identify segment-specific support needs and develop tailored interventions

Develop consumer messaging for patient retention program and educational campaigns in alignment with brand strategy

Closely collaborate across the enterprise with the Patient Experience Lead, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal/ Compliance, and other relevant stakeholders to optimize the post-Rx patient experience

Coordinate with other members of the Consumer Marketing Team to accomplish key brand objectives

Develop and execute patient educational campaigns in close collaboration with Global Communications

Implement strategically aligned partnerships and solutions with the advocacy community, where appropriate

Define the strategy for engaging and educating PAH caregivers

Education:

BA/BS

Preferred: MBA or MPH

Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant working knowledge including Marketing, Patient Support, and/or Managed Care in US market

Specialty and/or rare disease marketing

Proven success in executing impactful marketing and strategic plans

Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to partner across the organization

Business and financial acumen

Bias for action

Strong passion for the patients we serve

Working as part of diverse teams in a solid line and/or matrix environment

Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge of designing and implementing patient retention programs

Specialty and/or rare disease patient support programs

PAH therapeutic area

Strong understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirements

Knowledge of Agile Scrum

Executing digital marketing campaigns

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate\xe2\x80\x99s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range: $135,500.00 - $213,400.00
