Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company\'s interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

  • In charge of communication and coordination with invested overseas studios, managing and monitoring related tasks in game development as well as publishing.
  • Leading execution of corporate strategy for overseas studios. Leverage both internal and external resources to provide clear pipeline and efficient problem-solving lines to secure launch of planned features or products.
  • Responsible for tracking project key milestone, analyzing game data, implementing successful practices into actual game development processes and following up on KPI accomplishment
  • To carry out daily communication and promote a strong and healthy working relationship with external development and internal support teams
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in shooting game genre, fully involved in the project development process, with management capabilities preferred;
  • Passionate about games, with rich gaming experience and good analytical and understanding abilities for shooting games;
  • Able to use English as a working language and maintain independent communication with overseas development teams;
  • Participate in the development process of overseas studio game products, grasp the key gameplay design direction, and identify key product risks;
  • Promote the agile implementation and iteration of product plans and be responsible for landing effect acceptance evaluation;
  • Research and analyze global shooting category products, insight into overseas product development trends and changes in user demands.
