The Role:



As an Associate Director, you'll be the driving force behind our MAC Consultancy Services, managing and delivering exceptional results for our key clients. You'll be responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from initial scoping and proposals to successful execution, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Lead all client interactions, ensuring flawless, safe, and successful project delivery.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and support.

Project Development:

Scope new projects, create cost proposals, and secure necessary resources.

Financial Management:

Oversee the monthly billing process and ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Service Delivery:

Introduce all MAC services to dedicated accounts in line with the MAC Playbook.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all projects adhere to QHSE standards and are delivered efficiently.

Business Development:

Identify and generate new business opportunities, both within existing client accounts and externally.

Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Project Execution:

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Reporting:

Provide accurate and timely reports on all project activities and key client metrics.

Key Requirements:

Experience in managing fit-out, strip-out, and small works projects.
Strong project management skills and experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in implementing Framework Agreements/Quotations/Variations.
Management of Billing from end to end.
Proven experience of managing a team.

Nice to Haves:

Experience with AutoCAD
Experience of space planning, preferably within a corporate environment.
Experience of managing corporate moves
Good knowledge of Sustainability and the Circular Economy
