A worldwide finance and Real estate firm with offices across the UK are now seeking an Associate Director of Building Surveying to join their team in the Liverpool office.
The Associate Directors role
The Associate Director of Building Surveying will be supporting the Building Surveying team by leading by example, taking instructions through from inception to completion. Also, mentoring and leading the team to achieve targets and to develop their skill set.
Instructions will include undertaking technical due diligence work, design and contract administration duties for refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects, Dilapidations and managing licences of alter.
The Associate Director will ideally hold
- MRICS Qualification
- Building Surveying degree
- Clean drivers\' licence
- Experience of leading a team
- Experience of a busy office environment
- Salary between \xc2\xa355,000 and \xc2\xa365,000
