JOB TITLE: Associate Director - Private Capital
LOCATION(S): London
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, in the office.

About This Opportunity
Join our Private Capital team, where we provide a premium banking service to businesses owned by the UK's most prominent Family Offices and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). Our clients span a wide range of sectors and complexity levels--including household names featured in the Sunday Times Rich List. We offer tailored corporate banking solutions such as lending, hedging, and cash management, working closely with our product partners and ESG specialists to support clients on their sustainability journeys and the road to net zero.

We're looking for an ambitious and experienced Associate Director to help shape the future of our Private Capital business. This is a unique opportunity to lead a portfolio of prestigious clients, manage a team of Associates, and play a key role in enhancing both client and colleague experiences through innovation and leadership.

Your accountabilities will include:Leading and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-profile clients. Originating new business opportunities and driving growth within the Private Capital segment. Managing and mentoring a team of Associates, supporting their professional development and day-to-day performance. Delivering tailored banking solutions that meet the complex needs of UHNWI clients. Working with internal product partners and collaborators to provide seamless client service. Contributing to risk management and control processes, including contingency planning.

What you'll needProven experience in managing corporate client relationships, ideally within the UHNWI or Family Office space. Strong customer management skills, including experience in line management and team leadership. A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to identify and deliver tailored financial solutions. A commitment to personal and professional development--for yourself and your team.
