The Employment & Benefits group at Mayer Brown has lawyers in key business centres across UK/Europe, the Americas and Asia.





The Employment team in London consists of 2 Partners, 1 Counsel and 4 Associates (plus trainees/paralegals). (This excludes our Pension and Benefits team.)



The team has been consistently ranked as one of the leading teams in the UK and advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters (roughly 50/50 split), primarily for employers, including:

Tribunal and High Court litigation (including team moves and covenant breach cases) Day to day advice/counselling Corporate transactions Recruitment and termination of executives International projects Employment investigations Restructuring programmes Business transfers and outsourcings

Qualifications:

A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-3 years post qualification experience.
