As our Associate Field Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our demand marketing becomes best in class, and that you support all our marketing efforts aimed at raising awareness amongst our target audiences and markets, generating pipeline and revenue opportunities for our commercial teams.

This is a pivotal role focused on growth, with the opportunity to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that demand generation efforts align with sales and business growth objectives including supporting commercial revenue growth, overall pipeline growth and marketing generated, and marketing influenced revenue.

What you'll do:



Define, plan, and execute innovative multi-channel campaigns using modern marketing strategies and tools Lead localization efforts across regional markets in partnership with local content teams Establish and manage SMART KPIs to achieve quarterly lead generation and pipeline goals Collaborate cross-functionally to guide integrated marketing programs and ensure alignment across teams Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization Align sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent, updated content and messaging Identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and strategic investment Stay current on GRC industry developments and marketing best practices to drive customer growth Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools

What you'll need:



Fluency in French is a key requirement of the role A bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field 6+ years of experience developing and executing field marketing campaigns focused on new business generation, customer engagement, partner marketing, and brand awareness Proven success managing end-to-end marketing programs; familiarity with the GRC space a plus Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaign performance Demonstrated ability to test, refine, and improve marketing initiatives for maximum impact Highly organized, with strong prioritization, project management, and collaboration skills; able to work independently while aligning with global team processes Strategic thinker who connects day-to-day execution to broader marketing goals The desire to learn, explore and experiment with AI tools A commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practises Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision making, marketing strategy and project management while leveraging NAVEX's core values
