Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate (In-House Corporate) to join our legal team on a fixed-term basis with the potential to moving to a permanent role. This role will have primary responsibility for advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular focus on funding agreements, investment transactions, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will support in the provision of pragmatic, business-focused legal support to senior management and business units, ensuring effective risk management while enabling commercial growth. This role is flexible and can be remote or a hybrid arrangement.
