Key Responsibilities:

In this role, the Associate will project manage capital raising efforts in Europe as part of the Private Equity Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) team. The Associate will work closely with the ICS coverage team to handle due diligence processes, reporting, certain investor services tasks and ad hoc management queries. The role will be predominantly internal facing. The Associate will work closely with the Legal, Compliance and Finance teams and will also spend significant time with members of the Firm\xe2\x80\x99s Private Equity groups as well as other groups within the broader Firm.

The successful candidate will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skillsets. The main areas of responsibility for the Associate will include:

  • Completion of due diligence questionnaires, track\xe2\x80\x90record information, bespoke data requests and written responses to miscellaneous investor inquiries
  • Work closely with the Private Equity professionals, Legal & Compliance, and Finance teams in London and New York to provide strategic input with presentation materials, talking points, and other investor memorandums
  • Conduct macro/micro research and analysis to support fundraising strategies
  • Creation and maintenance of presentation materials for senior management
  • Assist in fund launches including the preparation of presentation materials, private placement memoranda, and investor diligence

This professional will have active involvement with the senior leaders of one of the largest Private Equity teams in the world and will support a highly productive fundraising team.   • Three plus years of professional experience
  • Prior work experience in private equity or alternatives, asset management, investor services and/or investment banking / transaction services is preferred
  • Ability to project manage and execute a wide range of assignments
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to produce creative, compelling, detailed materials and information for existing and prospective investors
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and outstanding Excel skills
  • Proficiency in European languages (French or German) highly desirable, but not a prerequisite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to write effectively
  • Candidate should be energetic, self\xe2\x80\x90motivated, and a team\xe2\x80\x90oriented individualtrong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to learn
  • Operate with the highest degree of integrity, motivation, and intellectual curiosity
