1 x Associate Lecturer in Architecture and Interior Design

The University for the Creative Arts International College (UCAIC) is looking to appoint a highly motivated lecturer in Architecture & Interior Design to teach on the International Summer School at our Farnham campus. The role will start from; Monday 4th August.

Teaching will take place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of each week. Monday 4

th

August will have 2 hours of teaching (pm only) and five hours of teaching per day

thereafter.

Central to the role is providing innovative and dynamic teaching and curriculum development for the Integrated International Programmes. You will deliver key Architecture and Interior Design based projects; provide pastoral support to students; undertake assessment, monitoring and student enhancement.


You will have a master's degree in an appropriate subject preferably with PgCert teaching qualification and/or industry expertise. It is expected that you will have experience of teaching at university level. We are looking for an innovative and inclusive approach to the teaching of your chosen subject as outlined above and you should be able to demonstrate an awareness of contemporary critical issues in the field globally. You must evidence a commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and widening participation in teaching, research, and university life.
