Salary: 25.82 - 40.26 per hour


Work Pattern: Variable hours - 2 X 8-week skills bootcamp, starting late September 25 with opportunity to extend for future bootcamps.

We are proud to be working with Brighton & Hove City Council to deliver a range of flexible and funded Skills Bootcamps in Software Development. Join us at our vibrant college campus in the North Laine area of central Brighton!


These intensive 8-week bootcamps, are designed to upskill/update and equip learners with real-world tech skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Associate Lecturer to help deliver this exciting programme.

What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging, hands-on sessions in software development. Support learners of all levels as they build coding confidence and project experience. Collaborate with our curriculum team to ensure high-quality, industry-relevant content. Help foster an inclusive, dynamic learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, etc.) Experience teaching or mentoring in a tech-related setting (bootcamps, workshops, or academic). Proven communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for tech education and learner success.
