Job Description

Join Submarine Solutions as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer in the Defence & Security sector. This is a contract role based in Barrow, with a focus on supporting manufacturing processes and technical administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing technical administrative support within the manufacturing team
Assisting in the control and management of manufacturing documents
Generating and compiling manufacturing reports
Supporting manufacturing engineers in daily tasks and projects
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvement initiatives
Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Job Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within Defence & Security
Understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
Proficient in technical administration and document control
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work full-time on site in Barrow
Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline
