Think Therapy 1st (TT1st) is an award winning rehabilitation OT company looking for Associate Specialist Rehabilitation Occupational Therapists (SROTs) to deliver hands-on, functional rehab to injured clients in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

An experienced OT (minimum 4 years post-qualification) Driven by real, occupation-focused rehab Tired of ticking boxes and ready to get creative with client-led projects and activities Ready to guide MDTs Keen to keep growing your skills, with full mentoring and support behind you

Remote working from home and community-based visits Full admin and documentation support CPD opportunities RCOT involvement encouraged and supported Work events and 50.00 - 65.00 ph

Requirements:

HCPC registration Own vehicle insured for business use Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, video calls) and own computer/internet Strong time management and independent working skills Knowledge of litigation however some training provided
