Associate Case Managers

, supporting adults with brain injuries & children with complex paediatric needs.

About the Role

This is a flexible, self-employed role ideal for Occupational Therapists looking to transition into case management or continue developing their expertise in a new setting. You'll coordinate and oversee rehabilitation pathways that make a real difference in your clients' lives.

What We're Looking For

Minimum

7 years of post-qualification experience

in Occupational Therapy Strong background in

brain injury/neuro rehabilitation

and/or

complex paediatrics

Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Confidence working independently

, with excellent communication and organisational skills Registration with

HCPC

(essential) No prior case management experience required - full training is provided
