Hello I'm Jessica Grimes. I'm expanding the Nested Doncaster team and looking for experienced, motivated estate agents to join as self-employed associate partners, each covering a local postcode area.

Who I'm Looking For:

UK estate agency experience - Sales, lettings or both High standards of customer service - You'll be the one guiding clients from valuation to completion AML and compliance knowledge - Confident handling ID checks and legal processes A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Self-motivated and proactive - You can manage your own diary, follow up leads and deliver results Diligent and detail-focused - You follow through and take pride in doing things properly Locally knowledgeable - Ideally based in or near the area you'd represent Tech-savvy - Able to use CRMs, digital tools and social media to market homes and build your personal brand Willing to invest in yourself - You're hungry to learn and grow Positive and collaborative - Keen to be part of a supportive team of like-minded agents
