This position plays a key role within the Fenty PR & Influencer team, supporting the strategic planning and execution of PR and influencer activity across the UK & Ireland. The Associate Manager will lead day-to-day campaign delivery, manage agency and influencer relationships, and oversee reporting and coordination within the team. Working closely with the Senior PR Manager (and with the support of a PR & Influencer Coordinator) they will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy across both paid and organic channels.
Job responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management:
Line manage and mentor the Influencer & PR Coordinator, ensuring effective delegation, upskilling, and delivery of team objectives.
Act as the day-to-day lead for our PR agency, managing daily workflows and ensuring alignment with brand priorities and expectations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Commercial, Education) to drive fully integrated, 360 campaigns and ensure alignment on brand priorities.
Support the Senior PR Manager in managing team budgets and finance processes.
Strategy & Campaign Execution:
Support the Senior PR Manager in the planning and execution of PR and influencer strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives across paid, earned, and owned channels.
Coordinate all aspects of paid influencer campaigns in conjunction with the Senior PR Manager, including talent identification, briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking.
Oversee the reporting process by managing the PR Coordinator to deliver accurate and timely influencer and PR reports - including weekly updates, monthly summaries, and campaign wrap-ups.
Influencer Engagement & Events:
Lead the execution of brand events and influencer trips - from concept through to guest list development, logistics, on-site management, and post-event wrap-up.
Build and maintain strong organic relationships with key influencers, identifying and nurturing long-term brand advocates.
Leverage influencer tracking platforms (e.g. Tribe) to monitor campaign performance, optimise influencer partnerships, and identify new talent.
Oversee influencer seeding initiatives, working with the Coordinator to ensure timely product send-outs and impactful brand storytelling.
Drive brand visibility and influencer engagement through both proactive outreach and reactive opportunities.
Profile
KEY COMPETENCIES
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including paid partnerships and media strategy
Excellent project and event management skills
Ability to lead agencies and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicator and relationship-builder
Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Skilled in influencer tracking tools (e.g. Traackr, Tribe)
PROFILE
4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and PR - ideally in beauty
Someone currently operating at Assistant/Associate Manager level
Proven experience leading paid influencer campaigns
Proven experience in planning and executing press/influencer events
Strong existing knowledge of the influencer landscape and industry trends
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
