Job Description
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including paid partnerships and media strategy
- Excellent project and event management skills
- Ability to lead agencies and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Skilled in influencer tracking tools (e.g. Traackr, Tribe)
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing and PR - ideally in beauty
- Someone currently operating at Assistant/Associate Manager level
- Proven experience leading paid influencer campaigns
- Proven experience in planning and executing press/influencer events
- Strong existing knowledge of the influencer landscape and industry trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
