About the role
As an Associate Producer at AMA, you'll be part of a close-knit creative team producing standout audio campaigns for some of the UK's biggest brands. From script to sound design, you'll support every stage of the production process, helping write scripts, source voiceover talent, organise recordings, and bring ideas to life in our audio platform.
This is a hands-on role where you'll learn the craft of creative production while working on dynamic, data-driven campaigns. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, act as a key point of contact for agencies, and help showcase the power of audio through smart, creative thinking.

What you'll do
Support the full production process, keeping campaigns on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly from idea to delivery
Help write scripts, adapt creative ideas for dynamic audio, and contribute to early-stage concepts and demos
Assist with casting voiceover talent, sourcing music and SFX, and joining recording sessions
Load and manage campaigns in our in-house production platform, making sure everything meets spec, budget, and timelines
Work closely with creatives, producers, and partners to deliver work we're proud of and that clients love
Keep up with audio trends, production best practices, and emerging tech, including AI tools and programmatic capabilities
Be a confident voice in conversations with internal teams and agency partners, offering production insights and creative ideas
Help pitch new creative approaches that push the boundaries of what audio advertising can do

Who you are
Some hands-on experience in production, whether through university, internships, freelance work, or time at a creative agency or media company
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or similar, or an eagerness to learn
A strong interest in AI and emerging technologies in the creative space
An understanding of how audio advertising works, with a passion for storytelling that connects with audiences
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for sharing ideas and building great working relationships
