About the Role

As an

Associate Product & Assortment Manager

at Essity, you'll support the Product Marketing team in delivering tactical, process-driven tasks across multiple product categories. You'll help drive assortment changes that build value, focusing on launch excellence, portfolio management, and assortment optimization.


This role operates within a matrix organization, collaborating closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Innovation, R&D, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth execution and alignment.


The role is offered on a full time, permanent hybrid basis (3 days in the office, two days at home) from our offices in Dunstable.

What You Will Do

Support product lifecycle management (PLC) activities Manage product content to ensure accurate representation across websites and customer portals Coordinate competitive benchmarking, product testing, and database updates Assist regional marketing teams with data management, product certification, and customer bids Provide product support to Customer Marketing, Segment Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales Contribute to product launches and follow-up activities Support phase-in/phase-out (PIPO) processes in coordination with cross-functional teams Help develop product literature, training materials, and catalogues Assist with translation of product documentation Coordinate communication materials and product updates to our customers

Who You Are

This role would ideally suit a recent graduate with industry experience that has undertaken a business / marketing degree.


You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes. You bring a strong sense of ownership and curiosity to everything you do.
