Due to the continuing success of our existing Project Management team, and our continuing expansion into the Cambridge market; we are now on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who is looking to develop their career within a commercial Project Management environment.


If you are seeking to progress your Project Management career and can help build and develop our PM team with their further expansion, we would like to discuss your aspirations with you.


The team is a growing and successful group of well-motivated and collaborative people. Currently the work predominantly in and around central Cambridge on a variety of exciting and unique schemes, including:

Passivhaus developments and carbon retrofit of residential accommodation for several Cambridge Colleges. Developer led refurbishment and cut and carve schemes of commercial developments. New built sports & leisure facilities New build heritage projects that blend historic fabric with modern build techniques. Upgrading of estates owned by large independent schools, to name a few.

Candidates that can relate to the above are welcomed, as are those with differing backgrounds in order to diversify our offering as we look to continue to grow.


The Cambridge Project Management team has been running for two years and is now looking to bring in the next hire to take another step forward on their continued upward trajectory.

What you need to do to be effective in this role

Assist the team with running multiple projects simultaneously across the Eastern region area. Manage existing clients and develop further opportunities. Communicate with the rest of the team and appreciate this is a role where collaboration is paramount. Be aware of your time and movements, we must all able to resource and deliver projects to meet our team financial targets. Be up for the challenge, we deal with fantastic schemes and our standards of service are high.

The skills and experience you need to have for this role

BSc/MSc in a relevant engineering / project management related subject Experience in working across multiple projects simultaneously. Be outgoing and a great communicator. General commercial project experience
Ideally one or a combination of the following qualifications:

MRICS MCIOB APMP PRINCE2

Personal Attributes:

You are an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams. Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, whilst demonstrating commercial awareness and exhibiting the ability to lead teams. Possess consultancy construction project management experience in the commercial sector.
