As an Associate Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for working with a team to deliver challenging corporate real estate projects as an owner's representative. Your continuous development of skills, adoption of new technologies, and being focused on creating an energized and collaborative environment are all key to the impact you will have in this role. Your primary responsibilities will be contributing to successful project delivery and driving client satisfaction through continuous learning, team work and relationship development. The successful applicant will be proactive and forward thinking, seeking to understand the needs, perspectives and motivations of clients while simultaneously delivering consistent, timely, high quality work, meeting project requirements in a cost-effective way. Specific tasks will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

General

Coordinate with client and core team members to develop and document project plans supporting project execution and meeting client objectives.

Build a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with client and colleagues as a subject matter expert.

Coordinate and facilitate project tasks and approvals between stakeholders, partners and team members.

Act as project team liaison with other client core team members, such as Legal, IT, Finance and Security.

Actively collaborate with team and partner with global counterparts to establish and continuously refine best practices/processes and drive consistent project delivery and reporting.

Project Reporting and Documentation

Deliver high quality, accurate, timely project reporting meeting needs and expectations of client and JLL.

Monitor and report on performance metrics and benchmark against established targets.

Consistently and accurately maintain project data and documentation using required tools and technology.

Vendor Coordination

Facilitation of new supplier set up and onboarding.

Preparation and review of contractual documentation for legal review system.

Prioritize, coordinate and monitor processing of contracts and purchase orders.

Work directly with vendors on contract document revisions.

Coordinate with vendor and facility team to arrange on site security access.

Communicate, coordinate and compile project closeout requirements using required tools and processes to ensure timely completion and comprehensive, organized archives.

Engage with vendor on client mandated sustainability efforts and tracking.

Project Accounting

Set-up projects and maintain updates in client and JLL systems and actively support Project Managers with data management.

Maintain budget tracking with timely, accurate documentation of commitments and payments.

Coordinate comprehensive contract and purchase order activity, including accurate compilation of required data, submission of requests using disparate tools and monitoring progress to align with project schedules.

Review and track invoices through client system to ensure proper supporting documentation and timely payment.

Education and experience

A Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution is preferred

3+ years of relevant industry experience

Tech sector construction and/or corporate real estate project management experience preferred
