Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects.
Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact during project delivery.
Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, presentations, and financial tracking.
Support the development of pitches, tenders, and proposals for new business opportunities.
Monitor project progress to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate project activities.
Skills & Experience
------------------------
Experience (or internships) in commercial fit out, refurbishment, or construction project management.
Knowledge of project delivery processes and contract administration (desirable).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
Commercial awareness and interest in developing business acumen.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with AutoCAD/Photoshop is an advantage.
Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
MRICS, MAPM, or other relevant professional qualification (preferred but not essential).
